RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

Return/Refund/Exchange Policy:

KIMKINIS offers returns on all bikini tops within 14 days of delivery. Bikini bottoms are non refundable for sanitary reasons. All return shipments must be fulfilled from the customer's end at the moment. Our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience this may create for our customers. Currently our system cannot provide return shipping labels to customers, so they must be created on the customer's end.

Costs that customers incur for shipping the product back to us, will not be covered in your refund. Customers have the freedom to choose a courier that suits their shipping budget. 

Shipping costs and transaction costs will be deducted from the refund. This means that the shipping costs and transaction costs we incurred from fulfilling and shipping your order, will be deducted from the original amount you paid. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages, these issues fall in the responsibility of the shipping courier you selected for your return/exchange.

If you would like to return your bikini top/s, please send an inquiry to support@kimkinis.com. We will be able to provide you with an address for your return.

Conditions For Returns:

All products must be returned in the same condition they were sent in. Same shipping bag, No stains, no dirt, no rips, and never worn. If we receive your package and it includes any of the above, it will be shipped back to you.
